On Saturday 29th of July, the Ahafo regional women’s organizer organised the first-ever Women’s conference in Ahafo which was purposely for the Branch, Constituency and Regional women organizers.
The program was held at Goaso Zeniel Oasis Hotel. This program aimed to address the Women organizers on their role towards building “the Ghana we want”.
The program was graced by the 2020 vice presidential candidate of the NDC in the general election, thus Prof. Naana Jane Opoku Agyemang.
Also, Hon. Alhaji Collins Dauda MP for Asutifi South and Dr. Louisa Hannah Bissiw the National women organizer for the great NDC were among the prominent individuals from the region as well as all constituency executives were in attendance.
Working committee members for the woman’s wing from all six constituencies in Ahafo were successfully Inaugurated and sworn in by the National Women organizer.
The program ended successfully in the hours of 3:30 pm.
