The attention of the NDC Mpohor Constituency has been drawn to audios circulating on social media which indict the MP of the area Hon John Abbam Aboah Sanie been orchestrating the numerous unwarranted transfers of Vibrant Youths and Officers who in various forms contributing their enormous efforts to the development of the Constituency.
Recently, the District ICT center attendant Mr. Godfred Fayemanko, who is also IT Teacher at the only Senior High School in the District, Mpohor Senior High School (MPOSEC) was transferred from the District to the Amenfi West District with no apparent reason(s) known to the people. In addition to this, about some five (5) Teachers have also been transferred from the school within the last year. Surprisingly, all these teachers are well known affiliated to the NDC.
As it is said “nothing is hidden under the sun,” today to our utmost astonishment, we woke up just to be seeing series of audios leaked from the NPP’s WhatsApp Platform for the Mpohor Constituency. In the said audios, some aggrieved members of the party who are seem not to be comfortable with the MP’s attitude of malevolent desire for revenge chastising him for being the one who has been hiding behind the transfers of these innocent teachers just for the reason that those teachers do not support him (the MP).
To make this situation worsen and therefore calling for the need to kick against this wicked rampant behavior of the MP, it’s been alleged that the MP has threatened to engineer the transfer of the Pastor for the ICGC in Mpohor even to the extent has written letter to the Headquarters of the church seeking the transfer of the innocent Pastor for criticising the MP for his blatant failure and disappointment especially his inability to lobby and ensuring his monumental failure NPP Government to fix the Mpohor – Kejabil road, the only road connecting the District Capital to the Regional Capital.
The NDC unambiguously condemns without uncertain terms this atrocious character of the most disappointed MP for hindering the progress of the Constituency and by this statement calling the youths of the Mpohor District to rise and kick against this attitude by our MP irrespective of our political affiliations. We urge him to foster the development of the Constituency of which he was voted for but not witch-hunting. His three(3) years in office as MP has only been vindictiveness and politics of mediocracy
