Very sad news coming in from Amenfi East Constituency in the Western Region as Asaah Maclean Jacob, a Deputy Youth Organizer Aspirant has died on the spot after a car knocked him and one other aspirant on the motorbike while they were returning from the campaign yesterday evening.
Speaking to the Western Regional Youth Organizer of the NDC, Hajj Mustapha Iddrisu, the Western Regional Youth Wing extends its deepest condolences to the NDC Fraternity in the Constituency and the entire family. The youth wing will be visiting the Constituency this morning to commiserate with them.
It will be recalled that the Amenfi East Constituency Executives election was put on hold due to some legal issues. However, the election was rescheduled to take place today, the 3rd of July 2023.
May the departed soul rest in perfect peace.
