Alfred Benjamin was popularly known as “A. B.” Crentsil was a Ghanaian musician. He is considered one of the “big three” contemporary Ghanaian vocalists.
He reportedly died on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, and at the time of this report, details of his death were not available, but trust us to bring you up-to-date news in this regard.
However, news of his death was confirmed on the popular micro-blogging platform, Twitter by a renowned and award-winning Ghanaian disc jockey, DJ BIBINI.
The evergreen musician won numerous Ghanaian music awards for himself, including the Fontomfrom Evergreen Award, a special honor bestowed upon a musician with 15–20 years of continuous music experience.
A.B Crentsil is noted for his outstanding stage performance with his songs. Some of these songs are I Go Pay You Tomorrow, Papa Samo, Moses, Juliana, Atia, Angelina, Ayen, Devil, Adwoa, Adam & Eve, and many others.
